Brewery 26 "Oregon Sun IPA" 6.0%
The sun in Oregon may not always be visible, but it’s present through the clouds and haze. This NE IPA has plenty of haze and an abundance of hops. Mosaic, El Dorado, Citra and Columbus bring the flavor here.
Matchless/Fort George "Fancy Stuff" 6.6%
When we got to talking cereal mashing an IPA with our good friends at Fort George, they got to talking Brut IPA and Fancy Stuff was born! We blended rice and corn with a minimal amount Pilsner malt for a clean, crisp and almost non-existent malt character. To this, we extravagantly dry hopped the beer with luxurious amounts of Citra and Topaz to create a beer that drinks higher than its rank! Fancy

Brewed in cooperation with our brewery intern Evan Trapp, Le Tableau is a table farmhouse ale designed to balance refreshing crispness with plenty of complex character, imparted both by fermentation with rustic French saison yeast and dry-hopping with citrusy hop varietals.
Three Magnets "Dammit Bobby" 5.0%
Damnit Bobby! It's not and Amber!" Our newest brewhouse worker, Bobby, loves Amber ales. Head brewer Jeff does not. This offering is a happy compromise in styles featuring Vienna, Munich and Rye malts. Kettle hopped with Cashmere then dry hopped with Citra, Damnit Bobby hints atpie crust, strawberries, and fresh cream dusted with lemon rind.

Clown Shoes "Crasher in Rye" 11.5%
Ahh, what better smell is there than chupacabras, defeated, burning in a field of rye? Ummm perhaps the complex aromatics of Crasher in the Rye? For 2017, we brewed the base beer, Undead Party Crasher, and replaced the smoked malt with rye malt to complement the roasted chocolate core of the brew. Then we aged the beer in 100% rye barrels to create a new version of Crasher in the Rye.

Jolly Pumpkin "Bath-o-mat & Washeteria" 6.4%
Saison. Collaboration with Tired Hands. They used a base of Pilsner malt, Crystal 30, Teff, Almonds, and Couscous and hopped it exclusively with Hallertau and Tettnang hops. Additions of saffron and lemon bring aromas of Jolly Pumpkin funk, spicy oak and lemon in the nose. Flavors of light oak funk and lemon pair well with the slight spiciness and noble hop profile. Aged in oak for 4 months.

This bière de coupage blends freshly brewed witbier with rustic barrel-matured stock, producing a crisp and refreshing wild ale that highlights fruity notes of orchard fruit and fresh berries alongside clean acidity and gentle phenolic spice on the finish.
Finn River Cider "Autumn Blush" 6.5%
This is a cider to blend the lines between trees and vines. Farmcrafted and fermented with organic Black Currants and Washington state apples, to delight and refresh. Crisp undaunted acidity, layered earth tones, and a lighthearted sweetness to bring it all together.
