Modern Times "Mega Blazing World" 8.5%
This beer is the stickiest of the icky. It's a luxuriously hoppy amber loaded up with intemperate quantities of Nelson, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops, which are some of the fruitiest, dankest hops sweet, sweet money can buy. Despite its amber hue, Blazing World is pleasingly dry, sporting a lightly bready malt backbone that serves as platform for the huge & complex hop profile.
Block 15 "Bloktoberfest" 5.4%
Our unfiltered Bavarian-style Märzen Lager, brewed with specialty German malts and hops. Delicate hopping with noble varieties imparts subtle floral and spicy hop aromas, while Pilsner and honey malts contribute a blend of biscuity, toasty and nutty flavors. Extended lagering smoothes the brew, providing a round, thirst-quenching finish.
Founders "Dirty Bastard" 8.5%
So good it’s almost wrong. Dark ruby in color and brewed with seven varieties of imported malts. Complex in finish, with hints of smoke and peat, paired with a malty richness and a right hook of hop power to give it the bad attitude that a beer named Dirty Bastard has to live up to. Ain’t for the wee lads.

Agrarian "Autumn Song" 7.2%
Our autumn saison is flavorful to say the least! With a burnt orange color this fall seasonal has a full body and soft malt flavors. It is a blend of two ferments- with both a traditional Belgian Saison yeast and with a Lactobacillus microbe that creates lactic acid. This lends a pleasant tartness to the finish adding to its citrusy, juicy, and zesty Nugget hop flavor.
de Garde "Petite Desay" 5.0% "
This spontaneously fermented farmhouse style ale pours a beautiful straw yellow with a thin white head that fades as quickly as it builds. Aromas of overripe fruit and earthy barnyard notes laced with a bright lemony citrus character. Fruity, earthy yeast flavor punctuated with a piquant acidity. Delightful all the way through."
Fremont "Sour Weiss" 4.0%
Sour Weisse is the 3rd release of the Fremont Fermentation Lab, a project Fremont Brewing created to brew unique small-batch artisan beers. Sour Weisse is touched by lactobacillus through a traditional souring process where we let this naturally occurring bacteria - found on all barley - have free reign of the wort in the kettle overnight before we boil it and ferment with our house yeast. It's like a lactobacillus playground (until we kill them during the boiling process). This all-natural process lowers the pH of the wort giving it a pleasant tartness. We then ferment out any residual sugars with our house yeast so the beer finishes dry and delicious ... just like you :)
