It’s a nice clean lager. Insane drinkability with a crisp finish.
Block 15 "Tangie IPA" 6.3%
Bursting with citrusy hop aroma, this flavorful IPA offers hop notes of candied orange peel, lemon zest, and ripe pineapple, complemented by gently sweet malt backbone and a hint of stone fruit yeast character. Malted pale wheat and malted oats lend Tangie a soft, silky-smooth mouthfeel. Finishes light and faintly sweet, with lemony undertones.
Vanguard "Good Night IPA" 6.3%
We brewed a special beer for the upcoming Eclipse. This beer will never see the light of day, at least not in the brewery! It was brewed on a Friday evening and "brew day" began at 9 pm. It was kegged after 9 pm as well. It is a dark amber colored IPA based on our Good Day recipe, but instead of Mosaic hops, we used Citra for both bittering and dry hopping. The amber color comes from some special Blackprinz malt that imparts color, but no flavor. This moderate bodied and clean finishing beer is a smooth, drinkable IPA with a big hop aroma.
Pizza Port "Pickleweed Point IPA" 6.2%
This beer, which was formerly known as Offshore IPA, is brewed with oats for a creamy mouthfeel and citra, hull melon, and motueka hops for a tropical hop profile.
Laurelwood "Goliath IIPA" 8.5%
This imperial IPA has a tremendous amount of tropical aromas and flavors, sure to smack you in the mouth. We use a combination of Idaho 7, Cashmere hops and Cascade Cryo lupulin powder give Goliath his power. Watch out for his strength in the finish!
Heater Allen IsarWeizen 4.8%
Sarah Billick, a friend of Lisa's, spent a year taking classes and interning at the Isar Brau Brew Pub in Munich. She brought back the recipe for their Wheat Beer, and we made it here at the brewery. The Isarweizen will vary from year to year, but usually has some clove, nutmeg, banana, and tutti-frutti aromas, with the clove and nutmeg taking the lead. A little acidity balances with the sweetness of the beer's fruit flavors. Crisp and refreshing - just the thing for summer.
Laurelwood "Level ESB Collab" 4.5%
We got to work with our friend and former Brewmaster Shane Watterson and the Level team on this wonderful summer brew. The body of the beer is light and drinkable yet robust enough to go great with a meal. The hops play a secondary role in this beer balancing the flavors out and creating a beautiful bouquet with the malts and yeast. So enjoy a pint in the sun before us brewers drink it all up!
Haand Bryggeriet "Odin's Tipple" 11.0%
Odins Tipple is a dark almost black beer from lots and lots of chocolate malt. Its the malt that contributes the flavor...no added coffee or anything else, Its got a great body without being old engine oil and still very drinkable due to the wild yeast we use. This beer is made with a single strain of wild yeast and the recipe is dead simple.
Marble "Oatmeal Stout" 5.8%
Brewed with flaked oats and a blend of three roasted malts, this luxurious stout has a creamy texture with dark notes of espresso and chocolate.

Prairie "Flare Gose" 5.4%
Flare (yes, that’s how we are spelling it) is our gose that we have added citrus fruit to. This beer is slightly tart, a little salty, and has a nice balance from the fruit and spices. Ale brewed with orange and coriander.
