Koutska 10º is, we think, as drinkable a beer as you can find anywhere. Savoring it’s delicate yet full balance of rich round malt and flowery finish of Nobel hops, you can be forgiven for not wanting to stop at one. Or four. Or ten. The 10º was named the “Best Czech Session Beer” in the summer of 2012. This is traditional Czech beer, made the old way – according to 200-year-old recipes – with its own well water and all-local barley and hops, using either double or triple decoction mash. It’s also open-fermented and unpasteurized-subsequently it has had to be shipped in cold containers, door-to-door, from Kout na Sumavé to Shelton Brothers, to preserve it’s unique quality as a “real lager”.
Chapman Crafted "Orange Plaza Pale" 5.8%
Orange Plaza Pale is an unfiltered Pale Ale that is cloudy in appearance and has a golden orange hue. It has aromatics of both pine and citrus along with flavors of grapefruit and gooseberry. Medium in body it finishes dry with mild bitterness.
Good Life "Secret Stash IPA #5" 6.5%
The latest IPA in our Secret Stash Series is an all Mosaic IPA. We dry hopped this beer with over 1 lb per barrel of Mosaic Hops. SS #005 is full of earthy tea-like aromas, backed by a huge pungent floral and fruitiness. Ripe peach brings up the back end and balances the Crisp Pilsner Base Malt mashed with American Pale and Munich Malts. SS #005 is a light and refreshing straightforward Northwest Style IPA.

Lots of dry-hopping with Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops. Big flavors of juicy white wine grapes melded with tropical fruit characteristics of pineapple and orange juice.

Block 15 "Cosmic Cold Brew" 7.0%
Working alongside our south Corvallis neighbors, Bespoken Coffee Roasters, we elevated our classic Nebula Stout with additional malt and a 24-hour cold extraction on Guatemalan Los Cedros coffee beans. Both varietal and roast profile were selected to complement the base stout’s rich chocolate and caramel roast character with notes of cacao nibs, dry-roasted nuts, and candied cherries.

A special strength version of pirate stout, 100% barrel aged and finished with coconut for a complex blend of rum, bourbon, oak and coconut.

Fremont "Sour Weiss" 4.0%
Sour Weisse is the 3rd release of the Fremont Fermentation Lab, a project Fremont Brewing created to brew unique small-batch artisan beers. Sour Weisse is touched by lactobacillus through a traditional souring process where we let this naturally occurring bacteria - found on all barley - have free reign of the wort in the kettle overnight before we boil it and ferment with our house yeast. It's like a lactobacillus playground (until we kill them during the boiling process). This all-natural process lowers the pH of the wort giving it a pleasant tartness. We then ferment out any residual sugars with our house yeast so the beer finishes dry and delicious ... just like you :)
Baird & Dewar "Constitution" 9.8%
Constitution is a strong cider, lightly spiced, reminiscent of what early Americans would have been drinking in New England several centuries ago. A cider of antique American apples (Newtown Pippin and a field blend of heirloom varieties) has been fermented with dark brown sugar and raisins for a higher alcohol and greater body, then aged in freshly emptied American oak rum barrels with an infusion of vanilla beans, whole cloves, cinnamon sticks, and cracked nutmeg.
