Modern Times and Heater Allen "TentBier" 5.0%
This collaboration with the homies at Heater Allen is a take on a traditional Festbier. Brewed with a nearly-even blend of Vienna & pilsner malts and a sprinkling of Munich & Carabohemian, the beer was then hopped with a dash of German Tettnang. The result is pretty much liquid gold, with beautiful notes of honeysuckle, allspice, and light biscuit, and a touch of hazelnut on the nose
Urban Family "Solo Expedition IPA" 6.8%
IPA hopped with Amarillo, El Dorado, and Loral hops.
Lagunitas "Hazy Memory" 7.7%
We're going a bit blurry on this nebulous release... Hazy Memory is a cloudy IPA full of oats and smooth wheatly-esque-ish-ness, packed with some of the murkiest, juiciest, turbid Loral 291, Hallertau Blanc,Galaxy, and Citra hops. It's a huge flavor you won't forget!
Stoup "Azeldo IPA" 6.9%
A super tasty IPA with Azacca and El Dorado hops.
Coin Toss "Catch a Tiger" 8.5%
This big IPA starts with a hop bite from Horizon hops then showcases a Pilsner malt backbone in tandem with 5 other specialty grains. Both brewers originally hail from southeastern Michigan, so we threw in 25 pounds of Frosted Flakes cereal to celebrate our shared Michigan roots. Hop flavor and aroma comes from healthy doses of Cascade, Chinook, Idaho 7 and Simcoe hops. It’s GRRRRRRRRREAT!
Flat Tail "Raspberry Frut Beer" 10.0%
This Brut style Fruit beer is another truly innovative new style from our experimental cellar. Fermented out beyond 100% apparent attenuation, with one full pound of Stahlbush Island Farms raspberry puree per gallon; this unique ale drinks like bready raspberry champagne. Maturation on deconstructed oak barrels adds a further drying note of oak tannin, and rounds out an exceptionally drinkable, high abv beer suitable for celebration, beermosas, or just a refreshing and complex afternoon toast.

Fremont "Dark Star" 8.0%
Roasty, chocolate tones swirled with oatmeal smoothness and dark as the night. The Dark Star crashes, pouring its light into ashes, so follow as the Lady of Velvet recedes in the nights of goodbye. This one is too smooth … and at 8.0% ABV, dangerous.
Epic "Triple Barrel Baptist" 12.7%
Imperial stout aged in Whiskey & Rum barrels with cocao nibs, barrel aged coffee, & barrel aged coconut added.
Side A Brewing "Cosmic Slop Stout" 12.8%
Oatmeal Chocolate Oatmeal Milk Stout. Heavy hitting notes from all directions bring the drinker into a state of Galactic Apothesosis from which they may or may not return. Belgian yeast contributes hints of Banana, spice, and ethonaol. Unnecessarily large additions of malted oats, lactose, toasted Coconut, and roasted barley turn this beer into a liquid exclamation point.
Great Notion "Key Lime Pie" 5.0%
Refreshing and tart summer beer brewed with Key Limes, vanilla beans, coriander, sea salt, brown sugar and lactose.
Block 15 "Zeste" 5.7%
Zeste is a bright, citrusy wild ale designed and brewed in cooperation with Switzerland’s Brasserie Trois Dames. Brewed with generous amounts of fresh orange and lemon zest and gently hopped with Azacca and El Dorado, Zeste was then matured in our wild cellar on a blend of microflora from both breweries. The result is a vibrant ale that bursts with aromatic citrus zest and fresh berries, subtly balanced by earthy funk, pithy acidity, and a crisp, minerally finish.

A wild ale fermented and aged in oak with late harvest Muscat grapes. Brewed and blended in Tillamook Oregon with special help from Jackie O's. Enjoy with friends. Do not drink Bourbon with Brad.
Rack & Cloth "Peche Cider" 7.3%
We put our tree-ripened whole fruit into tank in the peak of peach season every September. They dance with dry cider for six to nine months, imparting a beautiful blushand imparting it with the unadulterated taste of sunshine in a glass.

Newtown Pippin and English cider apples aged in a single whisky barrel for 9 months. Rich and long lasting with butterscotch whisky notes.
