The DAB Lab series focuses on vibrant, resinous hoppy ales brewed with CO2 hop extract and select hop varieties. Lil Dab tunes our experimental IPA series for sunny summer drinking, blending extractions from a trio of citrusy and tropical hops with a clean yeast profile and crushable 4.5% ABV.
Everybody's Bewing "The Lupulin Project" 6.5%
Hopped exculsively with the newest lupu-ln2 hop powder including citra, simcoe, loral and ekuanot. Bright aromas, a subtle sweetness and clean bitterness round out this crushable ipa.
Block 15 "Sticky Hands" 8.1%
This experience ale features ample additions of sticky, resinous, lupulin packed hop buds grown in the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy a hop decrescendo that begins with an aromatic blast of tropical fruits, citrus and dank herbs, transitions into intense hop flavor and then ends with a balanced bitter finish, gently propped up by pale malted barley and fermented with our privately banked English yeast.

Double Mountain "Le Petite Mort" 5.6%
Belgian Pale with a nod to Pale Death, we used Ardennes yeast and Mosaic hops, added Simcoe and Citra hops for good measure and dropped a little weight to the body. Kiwi, evergreen, and deep citrus aromas ride over a bed of light cloven spice, finishing sharp, snappy and highly refreshing.

Shattered Oak "Barrel Aged Doppleberry" 9.5%
Barrel aged ale with blackberry and honey. Warm aromas of rye whiskey blend seamlessly with rich notes of juicy blackberry. The honey gives it a light mouthfeel and dry, slightly spicy finish, which along with big berry character, make this dangerously drinkable for 9.5%.

Primary fermented with Saison yeast and matured on Brettanomyces Claussenii, Caves Saison blends gently spicy yeast notes with a classic Brett C. profile featuring underripe pineapple, citrus pith, lemon zest, and a hint of black tea. Light-bodied and well-attenuated, this wild Saison finishes with a tart, tannic linger.
Block 15 "Turbulent Consequence Peche 2017" 6.0%
Each autumn, the Arzner family heads to Olson Farm and hand-picks winter snow white peaches at the peak of their season. These juicy beauties are then packed into oak barrels with select Turbulent Consequence from the prior year. Matured through the winter and bottled with locally gathered honey to create natural carbonation.
