Shattered Oak Kolsch 5.5%
Bready malt gives way to a floral hop character with just a hint of citrus. Light, crisp and bright, Prost!
Wolves & People "Postman" 6.2%
Spelt, an Bronze-age grain still popular in Germany, lends a sort of stoniness to beer like, well, a bit like river rock. And it’s about as hard as skipping stones too, calling for a gruffer setting on our stout German mill. As a player in the grain bill for this sessionable American Pale Ale, spelt joins Bavarian pilsner malt, rich Munich II, acidulated malt, and a touch of old-fashioned rolled oats, depending on our whims. In tandem these chewy grains create a thick and weighty mash, slow to sparge, but ultimately undeterred in their passage to the kettle. After first-wort hopping, a vigorous boil, and restrained but efficient ferment we ventured back into the fermenter with over pound per barrel of aromatic, high-alpha hops (this time, it’s Mosaic, El Dorado, Cashmere, and Topaz). This pale golden brew pours hazy in all its dry-hopped, unfiltered glory. Cheesemonger Steve Jones of Cheese Bar in Portland says, “The Postman is epic!” Named for Newberg pioneer and first postmaster Sebastian Brutscher, who hailed from Neüberg ad der Donau, Bavaria, and grew oats and hops on the land we now call home.

Upright "Dirty Passport" 6.4%
Dirty Passport is a smoked lager based on an Alsatian beer named Adelscott. The base is somewhat similar to a German dunkel, but stronger. It uses peat smoked malt, likening the aroma to scotch, and also some cherry wood smoked malt to balance the profile. The yeast strain chosen for the Dirty Passport emphasizes a smooth, soft finish, making it a perfect whiskey back.

Flat Tail "5th Anniversary" 11.0%
After five years of operating a small business in an aggressive market, you really start to appreciate the more important things in life; like good friends, good beer, and good beer with good friends. It helps when those friends happen to share your passion for all things fermented. So what better way to celebrate five years of making beer, than to make a special batch with a little sumthin’ from each of our best bro’s. From Phil Lorenz of Nectar Creek Honeywine, Corvallis wildflower honey lends notes of blackberry and honeycomb. Jonagold Apple juice from Lee Larsen of 2 Towns Ciderhouse adds a Graff-esque aroma of fresh pressed apples and hints of white wine grapes in the finish. Last and certainly far from least, we acidified our mash using lactobacillus soured carrots from Joel "Carrots Are The New Hops" Rea of Corvallis Brewing Supply. Carrot mashed? Joel insists that it’s definitely a thing, and we hope you agree. In fact, we’re quite certain this will be the best carrot-mashed-apple-honey-brett-C-saison you’ve ever had. And frankly, how could it not be? After all, the most important ingredient is the bond between bros. So grab your best bros and bro-ettes, queue up some Die Hard, and get down on this Menage Brah!

Lost Abbey "Red Poppy" 6.5%
Red Poppy starts with a complex nose of tart cherries, vanilla and cinnamon like finish. There is also an underlying basis of yeast esters and wild yeast components that result in an extraordinary complex nose. Red Poppy starts its life out as our Dawn Patrol Dark. Post primary fermentation, we blend this with some of our Amigo Lager at transfer to barrel. During the fermentation in the barrel from the micro organisms, we gain acidity which results in a beer with hints of Vanilla, Tannins and Sourness from the Cherries and the secondary fermentation and extensive aging.
