Fremont "The Sister" 8.5%
Sister is the most imperious of our Imperial Series and is inspired by our desire to thank Sisters everywhere. Without our Sisters, we would have never learned the finer points of emotional warfare, or the art of huffing and puffing, or snide remarking, how long to carry a grudge, or the true meaning of loyalty when one of us is hurt. This Sister is fittingly bitter and a little sweet but she will always be there for you…Because Sisters Matter.
Chapman Crafted "Hop Resonance DIPA" 9.4%
Hop Resonance is a West Coast DIPA that we designed to compete in the annual Bistro DIPA Fest. So we stepped up are game and went a little old school with this one, by jumping up to 100 IBU and sparing no hops. We used Citra and Mosaic hops as we feel that that they shine on a deeply bitter and lighter bodied base recipe. The nose is Mosaic dominant with hints of tangerine. While bounties of citrus and tropical fruit both grace your palate equally. The color is a golden straw with a frothy white head.

Block 15 "Ferme de la Ville Provision 2017" 5.4%
Our nod to the provisional Belgian farmhouse ales of yesteryear. First, we brew a rustic beer with Belgian malted barley, wheat and rye along with oats, locally gathered honey, noble hops and Belgian farmhouse yeast. This young beer is then blended with portions of barrel-matured farmhouse ales from our wild cellar, and bottle-conditioned to allow for a melding of flavor and body. The result is Ferme de la Ville—a refreshing, tart, golden ale showcasing complex aromas and flavor with a wonderfully dry and vinous finish.
