Bath-o-mat & Washeteria:
Saison. Collaboration with Tired Hands. They used a base of Pilsner malt, Crystal 30, Teff, Almonds, and Couscous and hopped it exclusively with Hallertau and Tettnang hops. Additions of saffron and lemon bring aromas of Jolly Pumpkin funk, spicy oak and lemon in the nose. Flavors of light oak funk and lemon pair well with the slight spiciness and noble hop profile. Aged in oak for 4 months. 6.4%
Sour Ale with cherries and Hibiscus. Collaboration with North Peak. Aged in oak for 6 months. 8.2%
La Roja du Kriek:
Sour Amber Ale. Aged for 11.5 months in foeders. Tart, fruity, and earthy, Roja du Kriek is sure to linger in the mind longer than the glass. 7.5%
Losing Our Ledges:
Hazy Sour IPA. Collaboration with Stillwater Artisanal. The addition of six hop varieties give off aromas of fresh grapefruit and citrus peel. Tastes of sour Jolly Pumpkin funk, ripe citrus, grapefruit pith, and spicy notes strike first before fading to a delightfully dry, and spicy finish. 6.9%
